Our desire is to make this shift simple and efficient for you. Below, are steps to help you migrate to the Subsplash Giving platform from the PushPay platform.

Step 1: Let's Get You signed up on Subsplash

Step 2: Let's cancel your recurring gift through pushpay

I HAVE A RECURRING GIFT THROUGH SECURE GIVE

Cancel your current recurring gift in the PushPay Platform using the steps below:

SIGN INTO SECURE GIVE

LOCATE YOUR REOCCURING GIFT

1. Go to app.securegive.com and sign in.
2. In the upper right corner, click on your User Account Icon > Recurring Transactions.
3. You'll see a list of all active recurring transactions you have set up under your account and with which organizations they are associated.

CANCEL YOUR REOCCURRING GIFT

4. Click anywhere on the recurring transaction row to go to the Recurring Details page.
5.From there, you'll be able to use the buttons on the side to manage your recurring. Note: On a mobile device, the buttons will be below the recurring transaction details.
